Information support system for making control decisions based on the data of the drilling parameters monitoring station.

The information system of support of decision making based on the approved models of technological operations accompanying the construction of wells was developed and included in the ACS "Drill work". The algorithms for making operational management decisions take into account the economic (cost) component of the drilling process.

The general meeting (conference) "Service work as a direction to improve the efficiency and quality of well construction" was held in the resort "Polyany", Moscow

The meeting brought together representatives of 68 oil and gas companies, engineering plants, research and design institutes, print media, including representatives of Gazprom, Belorusneft, Udmurtneft-drilling, Lukoil, Surgutneftegas PJSC, Rostechnadzor of the Russian Federation, SIC Nedra, Burgaz, OJSC SPA "Burovaya Technika", "Uralmash Oil and Gas Equipment Holding" LLC, VNIIBT-Drilling Tools Ltd., Volgaburmash, Burovaya Kompaniya Eurasia, BURINTEKH Ltd., Gazpromgeofizika, Lukoil - VolgogradNIPImorneft, TMK, ООО "METALLURG", Kamensk Uralsky Metallurgical Works (KUMZ), Neftegazmash-Technologies, VNIITNeft, Zarubezhneftegaz, Gidrobur-Service, ZAO "VTK "NEFTEGAZEKSPORT", Modem Ltd., PAO NOVATEK, TatNIPIneft R&D Institute, MBF Ltd., Conforma Clad Inc., Tenaris Global Services, Halliburton and others.

With a greeting to the participants of the conference traditionally addressed the president of the Association of Drilling Contractors B.A. Nikitin, and then presented information on the main areas of efficiency and quality of well construction at Gazprom.

Particular attention was paid to the organization of supervising in the enterprises; provision of services for drilling wells and technical and technological support of working projects for well construction in difficult geological conditions on land and on the Arctic shelf, and assessment of the quality of completed wells.

A number of presentations was dedicated to the organizational aspects of the construction of oil and gas wells, the development and introduction of software for the evaluation and maintenance of drilling and service contractors (CEO of "OKB BURSTROY PROJECT" Nedoluzhko V.I., CEO of Modem Ltd. Palchunov V.P.)

The discussion on the modernization of drilling equipment, the management of equipment reliability based on the examination of industrial safety and the determination of the remaining life of the steel structures of drilling rigs, when the critical service life was reached a critical period of operation, especially in connection with the state of the drilling rig fleet (CEO of the ООО "METALLURG" Pudov S.V., Director of the Expert-Service JSC Shilov V.V., Chief Specialist of Uralmash-Service Aranova K.Y.).
