VNIIOENG is All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Organization, Management and Economics of the Oil and Gas Industry.

This is a leading research institute in the field of:

BelNIPIneft is the Belarusian Oil Research and Design Institute. The institute was established in 1967. It has been part of Belorusneft since 1991.

IPI RAN is the Institute of Informatics Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Since 2015 the Institute of Informatics Problems is a part of the Federal Research Center "Computer Science and Control" of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

MESI is the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics. In 2015 joined the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
